I think he'll be fine. He had a similar situation last season where it was just him and Humphreys as our last two standing midfielders with Morsy one yellow away from a suspension.

He can manage himself when he needs to.

Yep. He's been managing himself really well for the second half of the season so far already. Someone posted a stat the other day about the number of cards he got in the first cards window versus this second one and he was picking up way more earlier in the season.
