For me, he has to win a trophy here like Robson, Ferguson, Morinho or Ramsey.

You look at these managers, and they have all followed that path and for good reason, it gave them the time to build experience and then gain the respect for when they moved to take those bigger champions league jobs

He has to stay and he has to win us a trophy

Then he can have a statue

With some significant improvements to squad depth, if we attack the Premier League like Keiran said we'd attack the Championship, I think we finish in a European placing

Even if we don't win a trophy next season, I think the lure of European competition will keep him at PR again, & I think it's then, he'll win us a trophy (whilst maintaining our unbeaten record at home in Europe, obviously)

Then he can have his statue & possibly his move away from PR (if he must)
