Taken from this weeks EFL stat pack - Conor Chaplin 09:10 - Oct 10 with 1547 viewsPinewoodblue

Ipswich Town’s Conor Chaplin scored the 50th home league goal of his career (11 for Portsmouth, two for Coventry City, 10 for Barnsley, 27 for Ipswich). He has scored 21 home league goals since the start of last season; only Erling Haaland (26) has more in England’s top four tiers in this time.

OK, so I think what that indicates is that if KMcK is looking to upgrade in January we need to be getting Haaland in.

Not sure he'd get in our team at the moment.

McKenna needs to go to Planet blue and buy one of them cheesy Portman Road street signs and sneakily get it set up in view of Conor as he exits the bus at away grounds....

Brilliant record isn’t it, and yet not a single Town player featured in the EFL Team of the week this week.

Presumably KMc will be Championship manager for the month of September.
