Mixed results for the Academy sides this weekend with the U19s losing and the U17s victorious.

The U17s faced Coventry at home and ran out 2-0 winners. Particulary pleased with the win was Craig Reid who left the Sky Blues for Town in the summer. His goal, Town's first, was celebrated with obvious glee. The other goal came from Daniel Flack.

Ian Smith's U19s lost 2-0 away at Arsenal's London Colney training ground, Dean Bowditch coming closest to scoring for Town when he hit the bar.
