Depends on match catergory, and as mentioned above, Leeds / Millwall / Cardiff will be Cat C games and therefore require specific attention.
Interesting though, a court case recently regarding policing areas outside the stadium being designated public places and therefore the football club was under no obligation to pay for the presence of uniformed police...that may be another reason...slippery slope, but as you state, no problems and worked well |  |
