...the drug of the nation and all that but I need one for my office. Any informed thoughts on what might be the best option? Small office, so can't have anything too huge.

I'd go for at least a 24". What do you want to spend on it?

Think that might be a bit big, want it on the desk without it completely dominating it. Not really sure on money but not sure the ones listed around £200 are really worth paying the extra for, unless someone can persuade me otherwise.

Apparently if your TV is larger than your drinks cabinet you are officially a chav.

If you don't want to spend a lot, ASDA do some little LED ones ,which I have one of ,and they're fantastic bang for the buck.

Oh it's for on your desk. Can't really go wrong with any LG, Samsung, Panasonic, Sony LED at that size. What's it going to be plugged into?

If your happy to go for factory graded electrics that is, I have bought a few things like this particularly when I want a quality product but find it difficult to justify a large outlay.

Thought you'd approve. Always end up working from sofa when cricket's on and not good for the back.

Cricket is a non intrusive sport that can play out in the back ground. Perfect for work i'd say

Are you anywhere near a Richer Sounds? I always find they do good deals if your timing is right and you're not too fussy. Given it's a boy toy purchase rather than your main house TV might be worth seeing what they are up to?

That said I have a Sony TV and it's the best I've ever owned or seen compared to all friends and family. Got it in a deal from Comet of all places for just over half price. If you want something well built and dependable I'd suggest Sony without a doubt.

Not really near anywhere, to be honest. We've got a Sony as the main telly and it's very good.
