Are you anywhere near a Richer Sounds? I always find they do good deals if your timing is right and you're not too fussy. Given it's a boy toy purchase rather than your main house TV might be worth seeing what they are up to?
That said I have a Sony TV and it's the best I've ever owned or seen compared to all friends and family. Got it in a deal from Comet of all places for just over half price. If you want something well built and dependable I'd suggest Sony without a doubt. |  |
