Please play a 4-4-2, our 3 at the back will never work as Berra and Knudsen on the left just cannot play it, opposition managers, even us fans can see it. Give Moore a start, with Pitman up top, I would have said Sears, but his confidence is shot just like his shooting, now better suited on the left flank to work with or help out Knudsen. Emmanuel is more powerful than Spence on the right. Oh how we miss a playmaker, Bru, Dozzell too lightweight, Skuse puts in a shift but hasn't a goal or defense splitting pass in him. Has our transfer dealings helped? Perhaps Huws could provide the spark to link in with fellow Welsh international Lawrence, our standout player of this season.

The team at home to Bristol is where we had it right. It's the only time this year he has had the best 11 start and all in the correct positions. I knew he was a poor manager when he changed to 5 at the back for QPR away. The players were all over the place for the first half. He then realised the error and went back to 442 for the second half.
Then we had those awful subsititutions and our season was over. |  |

All I want Mick to do now for the rest of the season is play 442, start a few games with Moore up top with either Didz, Pitman or Sears playing off the big man. Basically what Mick does best - boring, pragmatic, direct but effective football.
I know Moore is from Non League and is by no means the finished product but he's powerful and can win a header something which Didz, Pitman and Sears can't do. I think he could do a similar job to what Tyrone Barnett did in his loan spell a few years back. |  | | |

Knudsen is unable to play in any formation but he does have a long throw in technique which is a highlight in most matches regardless of formation. |  | | |
