Yes, indeed but it's a culture. You can't just pick and place it into a foreign landscape and expect even medium term success. Yes, Jose is the antithesis of Pep with a seismic difference in approach of Pep but I know who history will remember as a better manager.

Additionally, Pep has no history of implementing a root and branch change in framework that creates a dynasty, I'd argue he hasn't even had to make pervasive changes to a squad.
