I know there's a lot of cooking enthusiasts on here so should be a decent thread. What's everybody's favourite dish to cook?
I'm certain I make the best tag bol, but I appreciate that it's a pretty easy dish to get the basics right.
More creatively I like to cook a tartiflette for people as it usually goes down well (as long as the recipient likes cheese). |  |

Edit - I know we joke on here about that being a mean I thought I'd made up but I actually can cook real meals quite well. I cooked a roast and all the trimmings brilliantly last year [Post edited 22 Feb 2017 17:48]

Basic Spaghetti Bolognese. Plus a lifetime's weakness for any type of cheese & dark chocolate.
Love garlic and chillies. Fry chopped red chillies & garlic in light olive oil, add a can of tinned tomatoes and herbs, leave it to simmer for 10 mins then add it to pasta - tastes like heaven & you get a carriage to yourself on London Underground. |  | | |
