Question I was just asked by someone at work. Bit deep for a Friday afternoon, and not something I would be overly keen to discuss with a colleague I don't know very well (not that I even know what my biggest regret is). Naturally I deflected it by saying agreeing to work with her must be up there.
Not something I ever think about really. Best not to dwell on them right?

My whole life is a series of regrets, but the biggest ***k up I made was my university choices, after doing GCSEs and A Levels with the intention of doing a journalism course, which had been my choice for years. I wanted to be a journalist, I had the grades and had won prizes for my writing. At the last minute I decided to junk all that and decide to do a Primary School teaching degree instead which looking back now seems insane. I royally ***ked it up and my summer job became my career and I've been a chef ever since. |  |
