Over the weekend, the head of policy says 'actually mental illness doesn't really count, stop scrounging'.

His comment about being anxious as a child is up there with Aron Banks of UKIP telling Professor Mary Beard that she's wrong about Roman history because he studied it at school in the sheer sh*twitted ignorance stakes.
