His music is dire and I think he can at best be 'loosely' described as an Ipswich fan.
If we are going to look for a musician who is a genuine Ipswich fan one of the lads with the Editors is a big Town fan.

I don't care for his music at all. That said he seems to genuinely love Suffolk (good lad, so do I) and I'd imagine growing up in Fram he has a lot of mates who are Town supporters. His Dad evidently supports Chelsea, so I guess if he is a casual football follower he likes both clubs? One of my best friends is an Arsenal supporter because of his Dad, but growing up in Suffolk always wanted to support Ipswich and he now ends up going to a few games with me. I can see how people can like more than one club but I couldn't do it.
