To be fair 3-5-2 worked a treat against the teams at the top of the table in February; maybe a bit too defensive for those lower down the table?

I don't mind the 3-5-2 experiment. Trouble is we've never got back to the midfield combination that played so well at Villa.

Probably time we went back to basics again though, i.e 4-4-2.

We really really REALLY fcuked up letting Murph go because put him in for Pitman and boy that looks a whole lot better. Bl00dy idiots.

....Hugill in January would have also made a big difference..
