I take it to mean dickhead which I understand to be a foolish person or idiot. Colin's no idiot, as far as I can see in that piece his comments on Joyce are completely justified [but he'd need to show where he said that when he was appointed rather than after the fact] and given the number of clubs that have appointed him over the years his confidence of staying in employment seems justified to me.
