One would assume that they would declare all their income like everyone else, but , as the reside in Monaco , where they pay no tax there is no issue for them. The fact that the holding company of the Telegraph is registered in The Channel Islands is hardly relevant as I suspect the The Telegraph , like all newspapers makes losses rather than profits. |  | | |

They were involved in a big battle with the Sark Seneschal. They made very large investments on the island, having bought the island of Brechou just off Sark, and built a Gothic style castle there.
