Let's hope it's not a terrorist attack

Coincidentally, Rupert's a local lad, incidentally. I used to work for his dad at BT back in the day.

i also know rupert - he's a funny guy.

And so as the loose-bowelled pigeon of time swoops low over the unsuspecting tourist of destiny, and the flatulent skunk of fate wanders into the air-conditioning system of eternity, I notice it's the end of the show

"Bloody hell" indeed :(

We'd got used to this kind of thing *not* happening for a while; one got through the net.

Must say I'd not mind scrutiny of my emails/social media input if it prevented this kind of outrage.

Is there likely to be an ongoing RIPA investigation of your electronic media output?

They presumably would have had the best possible view of what happened and would likely have been filming too so I'd imagine the police would want them straight away.

Don't think so! it'd be a waste of their valuable time, but I'm sure you get the point.

What line of work are you in then, given your previous posts on this & Steve's thread? (if you're able to say publicly)

I wouldn't worry too much about it, but that list Henners posted is one people should be aware of.

Still, at least you didn't do this:

Not Chris btw, pretty good spotting by him.

That cont should be detained.

i came across him a bit after that when he was learning to be a satirist (though I have a recollection he was really supposed to be doing something else)

Whilst he is annoying it would be a waste of resources and there are other more pressing needs at the moment. I'm sure he will be identified and vilified on social media - he is probably regretting it right now.

Similarly what would you arrest and/or charge him with? Currently, Acting The Pillock In A Built-Up Area isn't an arrestable offence.
