Huge fan and I am 45. First 2 albums were great and the new one is fantastic. Great lyrics, few little Irish folk type numbers and even a Spanish one along with the bigger tunes that are played on the radio. Lyrics to New Man are hilarious. The fact he is a Suffolk lad is a huge bonus as well. Last Suffolk music star was Nick Kershaw.

"I used to be with it, but then they changed what *it* was. Now what I'm with isn't *it*, and what's *it* seems weird and scary to me. It'll happen to you........."

someone really needed to think through that hashtag didnt they?
I think it was a lighthearted self mickey taking jibe based on the Susan Boyle hashtag blunder of a couple of years ago: Susanalbumparty
As for his music, there are some absolute corkers in amongst some of the more boring stuff but no one can argue the fact that he is incredibly talented and offers something very different to listening to the likes of One Direction et al.

Obviously compared to real music he's crap, but relative to the era he's alright. If I had to listen to the charts now I'm sure his stuff would be among the most palatable. I'm 'only' 29 but the charts are full of absolute balls.
