There would be those who would say that the guy who set up the school, when he was the club's owner saw a way to get money from the government via the funding awarded to the school. If that was his game, he'd want to screw every penny he could out of them, including possibly inflated utility bills. I of course am sure that's not the case. What he may not have realised is that, as part of the approval process for setting up the Free School, MI5 will have crawled all over his background. All that info will have been stored away for future reference. | |
