Warpaint... 11:42 - Mar 27 with 732 views

Watching some of the BBC Radio 6 Music Festival on iPlayer last night, I saw the Warpaint set and liked it. I wondered how I've not come across them before, and googled them to find that they've actually been together since 2004. I'll have to look out some more of their stuff now.

I'd never heard of Phoenix until they released their fourth album in 2009. Since then I've become hooked. Going to see them at Alexandra Palace in September.

I'd not heard of Phoenix until reading your post. Sounds alright actually.
I was just surprised with the Warpaint one, in that for them to be taking part in the 6 Music Festival, I assume they must be on there from time to time, and I usually have 6 Music on in my office and had never come across them before.
