One way to protest against the owner 20:02 - Mar 28 with 3257 views | Blackboots | Would be for those who wear the replica shirts to games, to wear them back to front or inside out. Refusing to have his name emblazoned across your chest helps illustrate he's lost the support of many. As it's subtle it may get the media questioning why it's being done (a lot of back to front replica shirts may also make an interesting photo for the national papers) and so create more publicity than the more obvious protests.

One way to protest against the owner on 20:17 - Mar 28 with 3155 views | WestSussexBlue | I intend to buy a new Town shirt and wear it with pride this summer. I'm not going to promote our owner any more though on any merchandise as I want to go back to the memories of ITFC as we were, That's why I'm going to get a Retro Pioneer Shirt and have Sir Bobby printed on the back. Could work against Newcastle when they do their tough Geordies don't wear shirts thing - although to fully comply it would also require no underpants.

Not a bad idea. There is a pants day on the tube where groups of people travel the underground wearing no trousers. Having a pants day at FPR to reflect the fact that the football is also pants could work.

Possibly, but I think there's more that we don't know here. If they're saying they were not coming back, have they changed their minds and are now coming back, or they were not coming back and still not going to?

As a football photographer with the national press I can safely say we would 100% photograph a whole stand of fans wearing replica shirts inside out or back to front. Equally so we really wouldn't bother with a whole stand wearing coats.
