Presume it is arguing the toss of who pays for matchday policing? Have other clubs done the same and won?

It's to do with policing outside the ground.

Club claim they shouldn't fit bill for policing on Portman Road as it is a public space, police claim club should because the only reason there is a large gathering of people is due to the match being played.

Other clubs have won against police on this, I personally think club should stump up
