Great finish in the Anaheim v Seattle game yesterday.
9th innings and Anaheim 9-3 down, fans streamed out and only a few thousand saw them remarkably score 7 to win.

I can confirm that the C word wasn't directed towards either the owner or coach.
Some Seattle fans found a shoite bar near the Anaheim train station, unfurled banners and didn't leave there til just before start time.

What was the quality of their banners, and did they make sense?
The spacing was better but the spelling was atrocious.
They spelt colour, authorised and aluminium wrong!!

I tell my colleagues that the baseball season is way too ridiculously long but they just shrug and say it's fine. 162-game season and no relegation or promotion. So dumb.

not lucky over the season but the play-offs - as with ours - can be a lottery. A team can sneak in through the wild card and win it all (don't know if that's actually ever happened) as a 6th place team can and invariably do beat the 3rd place team.

At least they play series and not just a two-legged match. Home advantage for the World Series is a massive advantage from the all star game, but I think they've changed the rules this year.
