i have been unemployed for two weeks in my whole working career and, was told that i was ineligible because i underpaid national insurance for a month earlier in the year, but, i soon found another job so all was well and i didn`t pursue the problem. and no, i haven`t worked at the jam factory

no problem with people who work and come up against problems being given assistance. i commented in my first reply, i have a problem with people who haven`t worked a day in their lives but claim everything they can. sorry if this is too hard for some to differentiate but, then why should i be surprised about that. (some people on here think everything is just black or white sometimes and nothing in between). now, i am signing off for a few days as, i am now getting ready for a hospital visit and not sure when i will be out. (hopefully nothing too serious) so i won`t be able to reply for a while.

In retrospect I think you might agree that your first response was a little "black and white". However, good luck today and second that emotion that it's nothing too serious. If it helps I have been up for a while as the cat decided to wake up my daughter by puking on her !

& when you were denied any assistance was it under a Labour or Tory government?
