of course, people only disagree with you because they read the express. the poor manipulated fools.

No, you just sound like you read (or even write) the Daily Express.

And when a card-carrying new Labour supporter starts sounding like this about run-of-the-mill socialism then it's not difficult to see where the problem is. You lot gave up your ideals for power and now surprise, surprise you've got nothing to offer. That's why you lost the last election, lost Scotland and lost the working class - and yet you seemingly haven't learnt anything from that.

how exciting, random bluster. so you think corbyn isn't of the hard left? what was your analysis of his power base in stop the war? not hard left enough for you?

And so as the loose-bowelled pigeon of time swoops low over the unsuspecting tourist of destiny, and the flatulent skunk of fate wanders into the air-conditioning system of eternity, I notice it's the end of the show

But it's not random bluster is it? Corbyn is a symptom of Labour losing its way and its support, not the cause.

parties lose elections and then rebuild. in six weeks time we'll see what rebuilding corbyn has achieved. the hard left have never had much luck with the voters.

He is centre-left, by no means as left wing as the media claim but Britain has become so right wing, even the centre is left nowadays

Labour were actually ahead of the polls in the 80's until the split and then the Falklands, the Falklands helped win Thatcher that election. It's a bit of a myth they weren't popular as such.

Labour's problem is a wider problem for the left globally, people are unhappy with Neoliberalism and voting angrily at the moment. When the right proves not to have the answer they'll fight back.

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

I don't think he helps himself, but he is in charge of a party that really isn't behind him. Part of me wants him to go as we need an effective opposition, but another part is enjoying the whole car crash that's happening. Certainly makes politics more interesting at the moment.
