Have you noticed that they nearly always fall into these two categories...
1) Kind, well mannered, foreign men who hold down intelligent conversation.
2) Aggressive, bitter, bald, English men over the age of 40 that usually insist on making racist comments. Often wearing a checkered shirt and overweight.

I haven't been in a taxi for about 20 years.
How do you get home from the pub?
I had a horrid time one evening, we were in central London at some all night Northern Soul thing and around 4 in the morning we had had enough but could we get a cab? Could we feck.
After what seemed an age we got a minicab driven by some Turkish (or similar) bloke. He was a nice chap and we were just glad to get in the warm. We knew we would pay a bit through the nose but whatever, we were happy. My mate in the back though spent the whole journey to Finsbury telling the cab driver that he was a c*nt and he shouldn't be here taking our jobs.
On the whole I have had good and bad experiences with both Britisn and non British drivers, they are usually all ok, although I must admit there are a fair few British drivers that like to moan about the foreigners. I stopped using Hawk for a while recently because of their stupid new phone system and I have now found out by my new drivers that Hawk has in fact renamed itself Taliban Taxis.
“Hello, I'm your MP. Actually I'm not. I'm your candidate. Gosh.”
Boris Johnson canvassing in Henley, 2005.

Target? Blimey. You take the internet rather seriously.
I take considerably more than I give out. And I don't go bleating to others about it.
And perhaps you should qualify "crossing the line".

Sure thing. I think your description of Libby as a 'vile creature' is crossing the line. It is a hateful thing to say, particularly in today's context when you hadn't seen what he had said.
I appreciate that you have a bit of a thing with Libby and obviously have some history, but if you really think of him in the way that you seem to the better approach would be stand above it rather than to stoop to the level that you attribute to him.
