I really like the Bamburgh Castle and Trossachs ones.

You do realise that half the board will have read "photography' as 'pornography'. Well, Rommers would have at least.

Lovely pics, this one makes me homesick

Love the subtlety of this one too

Nice pictures.

Yesterday I cursed myself for not having a smart phone.

Was waiting for the wife to finish work. I was standing in the sun on the decking in front of Paynes Wharf in Deptford looking at the clouds above Central London they reminded me of those mirror lake type photos with there being a defined middle and the lower / upper parts mirroring each other, quite beautiful for a grey cloud. Can't find anything like them on Google Images.

I always have my phone or camera with me for that reasson.

So many times in the past I have been somewhere and it has been so stunning, I wished I had a camera. Places wouldn't be the same if you went back again. You can never recapture a moment!

Now I always a camera with me.

My photo of a sheep with a National Trust receipt in its mouth (taken at Ickworth) will be the front cover of next year's Countryfile calendar.

Is that a spit?

Despite the long exposure the wave patterns of the water in the foreground suggest that it's more likely to be a very long spit - almost a bar.
