The pulled pork thing, I can like that with a nice smokey sauce, but these days it just seems to be drowned in a sugary syrup which is described as barbecue sauce, so I'm with you. |  |

The whole point of Salted Caramel is that the salt and caramel tickle two different parts of the tongue, and moreso that salt is a stimulant to salivation and enhances awareness of other flavours.
