We weren't that bad 19:31 - Apr 29 with 2008 viewsBluefish

Yes we didn't exactly take the game to them bit we were playing one of the best sides in the league with a ridiculous budget and we lost 1-0 on a game that we had very little to play for

It cannot worth the booing and chanting

Wednesday supporters were class ours were sh*t

Zero shots in the second half = "didn't exactly take the game to them".

Playing well and decent signings generally does help make supporters better.

Our fans pay through the nose to watch some of the most turgid, attritional, one-dimensional football known to man week in week out. They have been patient long beyond a set of fans in the North-East, West Midlands, South East London would have been in similar circumstances. And now that patience is snapped, even some other fans think that is beyond reason. No wonder Evans thinks we can be taken for mugs.

It's easy to be labelled a set of 'class fans' if your team is playing good football and sittingin the play off places with a very good chance of going up.

Don't you think today was about more than the game? Perhaps pissed off fans who have invested time and money all season decided to make their feelings known?

That's the desperate thing about it. Wednesday looked like they were playing a pre season game as did we. If they'd bothered it could have been a few more I suspect.

How fecking low have your standards sunk? Seriously.

We strung our first set of meaningful passes together literally for the first time about 30mims in, or was it later, people actually got enthused and we all ironically clapped.

It was terrible.

We had a Weds fan in our group who was shocked at how bad Ipswich were.

Some of those speculative punts up the wing. The passes back to Bart. The passes to full backs who were isolated and being closed down, were ridiculous.

Poll: How many points will Town get from 5 (Wat, Boro, Hull, Cov, Hudd)?

I didn't hang around for this lap of doom although I'd originally intended to. The only players to show some appreciation to the fans up to that point were Bart, chambers and Rhodes

Whenever I end up listening to the commentary almost invariably the word "Berra" is followed by "launches it" !
