There are many American products and foodstuffs that should never be available for public consumption but big money talks and gets what it wants.
We had the EU as a protector to some extent but that is going & the tories are not adequately funding the Food Standards Agency.
There si no doubt that post Brexit any sensible consumer will shun American goods - as I do now.
