Just praying it isn't as bad as it appears. My daugter and wife were at the Birmingham gig on Thursday, it was a Xmas present as she is a huge fan. When booking, it was a toss up between Birmingham or Manchester, my blood is running cold. Just praying for everyone involved. |  | | |

It could have been a piece of equipment malfunctioning, even a stage pyrotechnic. Odd that it seems to have happened right at the end of the concert, as people were already leaving. |  |

Hadn't watched it to be honest due to not wanting twitterverts on top of all the rest. Does it come across as a reliable source and definitely from tonight in Manchester. Woman witness on bbc saying loud bang but no flash though they are now saying it was possibly in foyer and she was still in the arena which looks huge. | |

I can't stress enough how Ariana Grandes following would be 90% under 20s.
Only two other acts (one direction and Justin Bieber) worldwide would have more as a kid fanbase. This is going to be awful when the numbers come out.
I have seen on twitter unofficially from reporters there that they've heard 20 is the estimators and believed fatality number.
