But the guy down the pub in the OP isn't specifically referring to the c*** that killed the kids. He's saying we should round 'them up and put them on an island'.
Without knowing who 'them' is (though it's not rocket science to realise who he means), he then goes on to say that all Irishmen should be shot.
Yet again it's judging an entire group of people on the minority.
So why should anyone hate them for the actions of the minority?

The OP wasn't about the terrorists. It was about the general public.
