That's one hell of a campaign promise.

The only thing I found on him was HSE enforcement notices for his rental properties. He also appearently wants to abolish all planning controls.

On receiving an enquiry about him from a journalist, a UKIP spokesman said "I thought you were going to phone up and say he was a ghastly racist, but no, he’s just ambitious."
