It's the first record in the database. Same thing happened to the news. "optimise" should be renamed to "delete all data apart from the first record".
Really not sure why it should have done what it did, but I'll take care not to do it again. |  |

I thought perhaps Phil had touched a button, when he knows he's not normally allowed to.
Edit: Also, just a thought, is it worth deleting that 'Bedroom Oympics' one, so that if the same thing ever did happen again, it would possibly be something a bit more savoury that is left - I mean, people could've been eating at the time... [Post edited 26 May 2017 12:12]
