I come from a Tigers Bay Loyalist family and believe me when I say I would like nothing more than to see him tagged truthfully as IRA.
There really isn't any proof, just many sources saying proof exists.

I said I was done with it because it's been going round in circles for weeks now. But one thing I want to clarify.
I didn't say he was IRA. I said he supported the IRA at a time when they were committing atrocities against British civilians. I believe his words and actions at the time support that.
Diane Abbott had to 'fess up after her words from 34 years ago came back to bite her in the bum. But at least she was honest enough to say she did hold those views at the height of the troubles. |  |

it's defending Corbyn meeting Adams in 1995 (it was actually 1994 but we'll allow a badly researched article to be a year out) as there was a ceasefire and the Downing Dtreet declaration.
That defence is worthless as there is a record of him meeting Adams in 1984 just weeks after the Brighton bombing. | |
