Town's injured trio Simon Walton, Fabian Wilnis and Gavin Williams are all expected to be OK for Saturday's home game with Sunderland. Walton has a gash to the leg, Wilnis a thigh problem and Williams a groin injury.

Boss Jim Magilton told the club site: "Fabian is likely to do some work on the training ground on Thursday and then take part in a full session on Friday.

"We will have a look at him then, but we're hopeful he will be OK.

"Simon is a concern with a bad cut on his shin, but he too should be fit, and with Gavin we're trying to nurse him through until the international break in a week's time and that will give him a long rest and a chance to fully recover."
