Still No MK Dons Tickets

Town are still to receive their ticket allocation for the Carling Cup tie at the MK Dons on Tuesday, 14th August.

Seats were due to go on sale today but the League Two club are yet to supply the Blues with the tickets. Town say they are not yet able to give any further information on ticket sales for the first round tie.

The game will be the second competitive match at the Dons' new stadium:mk.

Meanwhile, Town have changed the arrangements for autograph hunters at Portman Road. Fans wanting to collect autographs from Town players after matches will be directed to an area behind next to turnstiles 59 to 62.

Autograph hunters will need to be in place 15 minutes after the end of games as players exit the new home dressing room. Players will also pose for photos. Fans will not be able to collect autographs from away players for safety and security reasons.

The club is also reminding fans that Portman Road is now entirely non-smoking. This includes the car parks and the practice pitch.

Elsewhere, former Blue Aidan Collins has signed for home town club Chelmsford City after a trial. Collins, who retired from professional football at the end of last season due to a knee injury, played against Town in the pre-season friendly between the two clubs last month.
