Win a Scarf!
Thursday, 25th Oct 2007 16:38

Savile Rogue have offered TWTD readers the chance to win a high quality cashmere football scarf.

Savile Rogue are the world's first brand of cashmere football scarves, made in the finest wool in a traditional Scottish cashmere mill. Each of their scarves comes in the classic bar design and are beautifully packaged in a presentation boxes.

You can pay up to £48.50 to watch a game at Portman Road, but club scarves are still made in cheap synthetic fabrics with large logos and crests. You can wear your Savile Rogue scarf to the game or on any occasion.

To win the scarf, tell us who directed the 1983 film Scarface in an email to competition@twtd.co.uk before November 12th and the winner will be picked at random.

Otherwise, Savile Rogue scarves are exclusively available online here for the price of £39. So, if you're stuck for what to ask for this Christmas...

The winner of our previous competition to win a copy of New Zealand Town fan Euan McCabe's book The World Cup Baby was Warren Boore from Lowestoft.

TWTD reader Euan says his book is for everybody, but especially “those who spend every four years of their lives waiting for each World Cup”. The book also contains liberal mentions of Town throughout, Euan explaining why an otherwise sane and intelligent man from New Zealand became and continues to be obsessed with the Blues.

Extracts of the book are available on Euan's website where you can also buy a copy of the book for NZD$30 if you're in New Zealand or NZD$38 (£14.27) if elsewhere, including postage and packing, or as an E-book for NZD$20 (£7.51).
