Town striker Marcus Stewart has been nominated for the PFA Player of the Year Award. Stewart, along with Teddy Sheringham, Ryan Giggs, Emile Heskey, Roy Keane and Thierry Henry, will face the vote from their fellow professionals.

As so much during this season Stewart's nomination brings back memories of the Robson era with John Wark winning the award in 1980/81.
