Town have included former Czech U21 international central defender Roman Hubnik in the side for tonight's friendly at Gillingham (KO 7.45pm). Hubnik, 24, has been on trial with the Blues for the last few days.

Hubnik, who captained the Czech side at the European U21 Championships last summer, is currently with Russian side FC Moscow having signed from Czech club SK Sigma Olomouc.

Boss Jim Magilton told the club site: "The lad is with us for a few days and we are taking him along with us to Gillingham.”

Hubnik also represented his country at the FIFA U20 World Cup Finals in the UAE in 2003, playing in all three of their games.

The Blues are fielding a strong side at the Priestfield Stadium with Richard Wright making his long-awaited return to a Town shirt for the first time since 2001.
