Bowditch Given Permission to Play in Cup Thursday, 27th Nov 2008 17:15 Town have given on-loan striker Dean Bowditch permission to play for Brentford in Friday's FA Cup second round tie at Barrow (live on Setanta Sports, 7.45pm). The frontman is with the Bees until January. Bowditch was not allowed to play in Brentford's first round victory against Havant and Waterlooville. Town have continued to withhold permission for Dan Harding to play for Southend against Luton. Liam Trotter wasn't allowed to play in Grimsby's first round exit to Morecambe, while Billy Clarke was in the Darlington side which lost to Droylsden after a replay and Matt Richards and Brighton lost to Hartlepool.
