Why? I hate these kick offs! Now I can't actually go to the game! Bloody Sky!

BBC are showing 10(?) live games from the CCC this season.

Hate these kickoff times, sods up Saturday night.

I agree Coastalblue - it DOES sod up Saturday night! Also encourages more beer drinking cos we still meet at 1pm in the Cock & Pye for a pre-match aperitif completely forgetting that the kick-off is 2 1/2 hours later, lol ..... *AHEM*

Anyway ... I guess we get more TV money which is probably a good thing!

B0ll0cks! Don't you hate it when a game falls on the other halves birthday!! 3pm may have been attendable, but she wont buy into a 5:20pm KO!! Dam you SKY!!

It is income and publicity for the club, but also lost income in that the match day attendance will be lower. I think Ipswich's ticket prices are very high and I believe I am right in saying that the cheapest adult tickets for the Newcastle match are £29 (or £32 on the day). A couple going could be forgiven for watching it on TV and saving themselves £64! I will be there, but I do think the club should review it's ticket pricing. Let's fill the stadium and get an atmosphere going!

Such is the reality of being 'Roy Keane's Ipswich Town'. Still, I am happy to make the 250 mile round trip - as long as we win!

That'll be another 3pts dropped & a crap performance to watch then...what is it with us and live tv?..do the players get stage-fright?

Lightningboy = We bossed Coventry!! It was only there keeper which stopped us winning that game!!

i have a feeling we could still see a full house against newcastle with the potential celebration of sir bobby robsons life, honored appropriately by the renaming of the stand, i also think that maybe any tv money we recieve for the game should go to the sir bobby robson foundation?

Everyone who is going to Sheffield Wednesday game should head on over to The Cricketers or that new Wetherspoons place that used to be Yates's in Town, get bevvied up and head over to the ground to show the rest of the country that Portman Road has the best supporters, the best football team and the best in the atmosphere in the division and hopefully with us fans behind the boys, we should chalk up our win on Telly for a long time!

Lets back the boys and RK.

Mole2398: At QPR, 3-1 earlier in the year.

Bleedblue: Agree with elburro3, you've had ITFC in your life longer than the bird!

Bleedblue: are you a man or a mouse? surely with a 5.20 kick off you can get well and truly bevvied up before the game, see the boys record another great win, have a few with your mates in the pub after, then your bird can pick you up later drive you to the curry house and you can celebrate her birthday in true romantic style. Good luck to you!!
