Fairly even match. Josh carson played well and hit the post with an excellent free kick (leadbitter take note) and our striker (lavery I think?) played very well but didn't have many chances. Josh meekings looks a decent cb, didn't stop talking the whole match

Chelsea were certainly no better than us. I would agree that Carson, Lavery and Meekings were our best players, although I thought Aaron Jones played well in the second half, and the American keeper (Cropper) had a good game too.

Well done boys. Have always rated Meekings good talker strong fearless defender. Sounds like we should be pleased Aran Jones decided to come back to Ipswich after trying other academies, we must be one of the best around.

A good game by both sides, I think Ipswich were the best side on the day.But It is the same story most weeks so near, yet so Far. We cannot put the ball in the back of net?. We have a good team but the playing system is not quite right, The players are not backing the forwards in front of goal. The defence is solid and a very good goalkeeper.Notice most results are o-o 1-o thats because we are not scoring and not conceding goals?.My best players on the days..Carson, Lavery, Meekings, Cropper GK. Cropper played a good game in goal, Not a lot to do, But when it was needed he was there. He was shouting orders to his defence and organizing the play at the back ,very well done I thought Overall a very good result ,and some very good prospects.
