Jim Magilton will captain Northern Ireland this weekend as he wins his 48th cap for his country. Elsewhere practically half the squad is off playing for their nations.

Matt Holland wil play for Ireland against Holland while Hermann Hreidarsson comes up against Magilton as Iceland meet Northern Ireland next Tuesday. Prior to then Iceland will play the Czech Republic and Northern Ireland Denmark.

New signing Thomas Gaardsoe will be in action for the Danish U21s as they play Northern Ireland while Pablo Couñago will play for Spain's U21 side at home to Austria.

Amir Karic's Slovenia play Russia at home before taking on Yugoslavia away.

Titus Bramble misses out on a seventh England U21 cap as he has pulled out with an ankle injury.
