Missing Man's Family's Thanks
Missing Man's Family's Thanks
Friday, 4th Mar 2011 12:43

The family of missing Town fan Phil Coppeard have thanked the club, Blues supporters and TWTD readers for their kind wishes, thoughts and support over the last 10 days. Phil, 41, has been missing since leaving home to catch a bus in Christchurch at the time of last Tuesday’s earthquake.

Phil’s sister Jo Morley said: "Following all the kind words, thoughts and generous offers received from the club and Town fans in the UK and New Zealand over the last week, Phil's family in the UK and his wife Suzanne in Christchurch wish to pass on their thanks to everyone. It is most appreciated at this difficult time."

This is all about believing beyond hope that Phil will be found safe and well, and his poor family who must be suffering greatly at this worrying time. Possibly, an acknowledgement of that fact is in order.
