Swansea Ticket Sales Stop On Thursday
Wednesday, 20th Apr 2011 12:39

Fans who are planning to go to Monday’s game at Swansea need to buy their tickets before noon on Thursday. The match is all-ticket and Town’s Ticket Office is closed over the Easter weekend.

The Blues will be looking to avenge December’s 3-1 defeat to the Swans at Portman Road.

You think they would be available until kick off tonight so people could go to the game and buy a ticket rather that two separate journeys - but that would mean offering customer service - something our ticket office hasn't done since the days of Roger Sergeant. Most days the ticket office don't want to sell tickets.

I know the official answer would be that Swansea will want the unsold tickets back before kick off, although if it is all ticket for away fans surely not so urgent. If they are insistent why not send them with the team coach on Sunday and a member of staff could deliver them via taxi?
