Town’s U15s drew 1-1 with Watford in their final group match at the Northern Ireland Milk Cup this afternoon.

The result means the young Blues, who beat County Tyrone 2-0 and lost 3-1 to Queen of the South in their previous games, won’t finish in the top four in the Junior section of the tournament, but will instead be involved in one of the positional play-off semi-finals on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Blues midfielder Cormac Burke’s Northern Ireland U20s drew 0-0 with Mexico last night in the Elite section of the competition. They will face a fifth-sixth place play-off against Turkey on Thursday.
