Player Tweet Reveals Jewell's Exit
Wednesday, 24th Oct 2012 12:51

Young midfielder Cheick Kourouma appears to have broken the news that manager Paul Jewell has left the Blues.

The Frenchman tweeted "Le coach est parti", translating as "The coach has gone".

Jewell, who said last night he would speak to owner Marcus Evans this morning, was at Playford Road today, reportedly shaking hands with the man on the gate when he left at lunchtime.

Unless he meant that he'd missed his bus...!

Will Clegg still show at the Supporters Club AGM tonight, or is this his excuse to ditch it???

Hopefully he has departed along with whoever is in charge of Media/PR - Is is still Terry Baxter? The way things get leaked out of this club really don't do it any favours.

Curbishley has just been spotted driving a minibus up the A12 with, Dean Kiely, Mark Fish, Mark Kinsella and Clive Mendonca in the back. Now that's a spine!

I'll believe it when I see it on Skysports but it gonna happen sooner rather then later.
This next manager choice will be the difference between League One and staying up

Is this the only significant thing that Kourouma has done since Jewell finally signed him?

Right answer but no player has the right to disclose this. disgraceful

Unless Clegg follows him nothing will change. Time to learn from repeated mistakes. If not within no time you'll be calling for another managers head and claiming you know best.

Still worried that this is just another miscommunication. I heard that he was just off down the pub to get some ideas for Saturday's team and he shook hands with the man on the gate having just signed him on a 3 month loan to play in goal 'cos he heard the bloke was good at keeping things out.

Please let me be wrong.

Hopefully not Curbishley! Only did well at Charlton because he signed all our players in administration! Terry Butcher with Holland/Klug or Osman as assistant!

At least with Butcher in the dug out there would be no chance of losing the dressing room ... unless the players have a reckless disregard for their own safety !
