Magilton a New Injury Worry

Jim Magilton has emerged as a new injury worry ahead of tomorrow's match with Inter Milan. The Northern Irishman picked up a thigh strain during training yesterday.

As reported earlier John McGreal is back in contention while Alun Armstrong may be recovered enough to play a part.

George Burley said ahead of the game: "In the UEFA Cup we have done the country proud so far with two tremendous results in Moscow and Helsingborg, and we are now against one of the biggest clubs in the world. Inter have got so many world-class players and over the years they have shown they are a tremendous club, but we have shown we can compete against European teams and Helsingborg beat Inter last season. We have got to approach the game being positive, but knowing that it will be very difficult."

Asked about loanee from Inter Sixto Peralta the Town manager said: "Sixto has done very well. He is a young player with a lot of talent, a tremendous attitude and is determined to do well in England and I believe he will do very well for us this season."

He confirmed that Town have first refusal on him at the end of the season. Peralta has said recently that he is enjoying his time here and would like to sign on permanently.

Burley added that a draw could be seen as a good result for Town after the two previous away results in Europe. But an away goal for the Italians should be avoided at all costs: "It is very important against a team like Inter not to give a goal away, we need to keep things tight and hopefully score one or two goals ourselves."
