Orr and Martin in for Town at Leicester
Saturday, 17th Nov 2012 14:11

Bradley Orr makes his Town debut and Lee Martin returns to the side as Mick McCarthy makes two changes to his team for today’s game at Leicester.

Loanee Orr comes in at right-back with Tommy Smith dropping to the bench and Luke Chambers switching to centre-half.

Arran Lee-Barrett is on the bench in the absence of Scott Loach, who misses out with the thigh injury he sustained at Walsham. Luke Hyam’s reward for an impressive display against the Thurlow Nunn League side is a place amongst the subs, alongside summer signing Elliott Hewitt.

Martin is back after his one-match ban in place of Richie Wellens, who has returned to the Foxes at the end of his loan, but isn’t in Nigel Pearson’s 18.

Leicester are unchanged from their 2-2 draw with Nottingham Forest last week. Full match preview here.

Town: Henderson, Orr, Chambers, Higginbotham, Cresswell, Edwards (c), N'Daw, Reo-Coker, Martin, Murphy, Campbell. Subs: Lee-Barrett, Hewitt, Smith, Hyam, Mohsni, Emmanuel-Thomas, Chopra

Leicester: Schmeichel, De Laet, Drinkwater, Morgan (c), Whitbread, King, Dyer, Waghorn, Schlupp, Knockaert, Nugent. Subs: Vardy, Marshall, Logan, James, Moore, Lingard, Futacs.

And you're an idiot. What's really funny is that under one sh** manager it was all HIS fault, and under the obviously more popular manger (still Sh**) its all the players fault!!! Get a decent manager..unfortunately we missed the window and will have a long time to wait

You say that we have a good squad...who are these good players?

I say we have a some average players who try and some average players who don't seem to have much heart...hence we are where we are.

I don't think we have a lot of good players - which makes me cry

i never said it was just jewells fault did i?
he was really badly let down by a lot of players i totally agree with ya, im no mick lover either but i think hes decent, thought jewell would be ok but never happened for him.
trouble is a lot of the terrible players we have with attitude and ego probs were jewells signings

OK Pablo, I'm sorry I tarred you with the same brush as many on here who believe MM is the answer. He's not and won't be. Many footballers have attitude and ego problems however...sadly. It's about managing them correctly. And on paper we have the quality to compete- as 90% on here would have agreed with in the first couple of games of the season when we started well!!

Mick McCarthy has had four games in charge while most of the squad he had inherited have been woefully underperforming all season. I don't have access to a crystal ball so I can't say for certain that McCarthy will be a success. That said: give the man a chance to turn things around! No manager can transform a squad overnight. Slagging him off after less than half a dozen games is ridiculous.
