Academy Scholar in Northern Ireland Squad Tuesday, 20th Aug 2013 17:10 Academy first-year scholar Johnny Smith has been named in the Northern Ireland U17 squad travelling to Poland next week for the Syrenka Cup friendly tournament. The hosts, Cyprus, Norway, Georgia, Denmark, Slovakia and Ukraine are the other nations taking part. The young striker’s side will face Ukraine in their first match next Tuesday with the subsequent fixtures based on the initial round of games.
